How to Assign Your Project to Your Crew or Contractor on Mapall

After adding your project to Mapall, the next step is to assign it to a crew or contractor. This guide will walk you through the process of designating an assignee for your project.

Access the Project Details:


Navigate to the 'Project Details' section of your project by selecting the project from your dashboard.

Click on the '+ Add Assignee' button located in the 'Assignee details' section (refer to image with the red box number 3).

Select the Plan Area:


In the map view, use the options to 'Draw Area' or 'Select All' to designate the specific sections of the project you want the assignee to handle (see image with the red box number 4).

Choose the Assignee:


Once the area is selected, choose whether to assign the project to a project manager or a contractor. You can select the appropriate assignee from the dropdown menu provided (see image with red box number 6).

Enter Assignee Details:


Fill in additional details such as the 'Assignee order number', 'Projected start date', and 'Description' of the tasks (refer to image with red box number 7).

Save and Confirm:


Click 'Save Assignee Details' to confirm the assignment. A notification that the assignee has been added will appear (see the final step in the image with red box number 8).

Publish the Project:


After assigning, make sure to publish the project so that the assignee can be notified and start the planning or work as necessary.
