# How to Access MapAll for the First Time - Field Users
## Complete Registration with Invite Link for Field Users
After we register your details on the MapAll system, you will receive an email titled "**MapAll - Invite to System**" with the following message:
### Step-by-Step Guide
#### **1. Download the MapAll App**
- **iOS**: Available on the [App Store](https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/mapall/id1539689891)
- **Android**: Available on [Google Play](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mapall.fibre.v2.lite&hl=en&gl=US&pli=1)
#### **2. Open the Invite Email**
- Find the email titled "MapAll - Invite to System" and open it.
#### **3. Complete Registration**
- Click the "Complete Registration" link in the email to open the MapAll app.
- You will see the screen below. Click "Complete Registration".
#### **4. Enter Your Details**
- Enter the email address registered and the passcode received in the email.
- Click "**Sign in now**".
#### **5. Create a Password**
You will need to create a new password for your account. Follow the password requirements:
- At least 1 uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least 1 number (0-9)
- At least 8 characters in length
- At least 1 special character (!@#$%^&\*)
#### **6. Finalize Registration**
- After creating your new password, click "Continue".
- You will be redirected to the main page in the app and are now ready to start using MapAll.
By following these steps, field users can easily complete their first-time access to the MapAll system.
