Steps to record a second blockage when working in a A55b job assigned
- When working in an assigned AS55b job and the you find a new blockage that needs to be recorded click 'Cancel'
- The '+' button will turn blue.
- Click on the '+' button and the following screen will appear to record a new blockage. You can move the map accordingly to register the blockage in the right position. Click 'Continue'.
- Move the map to record the location of the new defect. Confirm address. You can also edit using the pencil button. Click 'Save & Continue'.
- The next stage to record the second blockage is the same steps instructed for fixing the first blockage. You can find instructions here: A55b civil job or Record a second blockage
- After filling up all necessary information following screen will appear. Click 'Complete Job'.
- You can see the job submitted in More Info - Civils outbox - Tab Sent. Each blockage recorded under that Job ID will be sent and will appear as 2 reports for that job. See example below:
- When a job is completed and sent the manager will be able to see that job in the MapAll Live Portal - Defect Dashboard - Civils Jobs - Civils Completed
