Recent Updates on Mapall

Over the past few days, we have introduced a series of significant updates and improvements to the Mapall. Here are the highlights of the latest implementations that promise to enhance functionality and user experience in your applications.  If you require more personal guidance or wish to discuss the updates further, please feel free to Meet with Customer Support.

Support for Login with Openreach

We introduced login using Openreach. This update aims to facilitate user access, allowing more direct and secure integration with Openreach services.

Additionally, individual Openreach assets can now be imported by enabling the switch.

Cables and Ducts Reroutes

Significant improvements were made related to the routing of cables and ducts. These changes are crucial for systems that depend on complex physical infrastructure, ensuring that the layout of cables is optimised for efficiency and accessibility.

Pole mid span photo support

We announced support for photos in the middle of poles. This functionality allows technicians to accurately document and record the position and state of poles or other urban equipment, facilitating the maintenance and monitoring of these assets.

In this portal, registered users can view all the tickets opened by themselves and by other users from their company. Users can also open tickets when necessary in the Customer Portal.
