See how to effectively manage crew availability and job scheduling with our comprehensive guide.

1. Accessing the Project

  • Login to the platform: Open your web browser, navigate to www.live.mapall.com, and log in using your credentials.
  • Navigate to the Project Overview Section: Locate and click on the Project you want, then click on 'View All Details'.

2. Viewing Crew Schedules

  • Add New Job: Go to the project assignment section and scroll down the page. Click on 'Add New Job'.
  • Select Job Type: A new screen will open. In the Job Type section, select the type of job you want to create.
  • Fill in Job Details: In the 'Job Details' section, fill in the necessary fields such as 'Assigned to Crew', 'Location', 'Projected Start Date', and 'Projected End Date', along with the projected start and end times.
  • Save Job Details: Click 'Save Job Details'.
  • View Calendar: After adding the necessary job types, click 'View Calendar' to navigate the scheduled jobs calendar. You can filter by date, job type, or crew to view specific details.

Enhanced Planning and Resource Management

  • Review Crew Allocation: Regularly review crew allocation to ensure optimal resource utilisation.
  • Adjust Allocations: If conflicts or over-allocations are identified, adjust the crew schedules or job assignments as needed.
  • Monitor Calendar: Continuously monitor the crew availability calendar to keep track of all scheduled jobs and crew availability.
