About the Company Information section
In the Company Information tab of the Admin Settings, an Administrator can update the following company information details:
Company Name
The Company Name is displayed to all users of the system, including contractor users, and in the majority of reports generated by the system, such as A55 reports.
Company Logo
The Company Logo is displayed to all users of the system, including contractor users, and in the majority of reports generated by the system, such as A55 reports.
It's important to note that
The allowed file formats are jpg and png.
The maximum file size is 2MB.
The company name and logo are visible to all users.
How to edit the Company Information
To edit the settings within the Company Information company:
- Click on the Edit button, represented by a pencil (🖉), located in the top right-hand corner of the Company Information section:
- The following settings may be altered:
- Once happy with the changes, click on the "Save details" button, located in the bottom right-hand corner, to finish updating the company details.
How to edit the Company Name
The Company Name may be altered by changing the text under the field Your Company Name in the Company Information section of the System Settings tab in Admin Settings.
How to edit the Company Logo
The Company Logo may be altered by either:
- Searching for a local file by clicking on Search, in the Company Information section of the System Settings tab in Admin Settings.
- By dragging and dropping a file into the field below Upload your company logo, in the Company Information section of the System Settings tab in Admin Settings.
