How to complete the A55b job assigned to a crew
- In the MapAll app home page click "Go To Job Inbox"
- In the "Job Inbox" you can check all assigned jobs with status 'Not Started' or 'In Progress'
- Select the job that you would like to start. A summary of the Job will appear in the right hand side. You can click also to view the summary or 'Check in' to start the job. Note that the blockage is flagged in red.
- Click in the blockage defect. Following screen will appear. Please ensure to add photos of all stages as evidence of the job.
- Add as much photos as you need for Stage 1 - Site Setup and click 'Save & Continue'
- Add as much photos as you need for Stage 2 - Damage Identification and click 'Save & Continue'
- For Stage 3 - Repair add as much photos as you need and fill up the repair details. Click 'Save & Continue'
- For Stage 4 - Reinstatement add as much as photos you need and fill up with more details if required. Click 'Save & Continue'.
- In the last stage you can review all information added in previous stage. Click 'Save Details'
- Following screen will appear. If job is done you can click 'Complete Job'. If is not done yet you can click 'Cancel' and status will keep In progress. In this stage if you found a new blockage please follow this instructions: New Blockage - A55b civil job or Record Second Blockage
- Note that when you complete the job the blockage turns green.
- You can see the job submitted in More Info - Civils outbox - Tab Sent
- When a job is completed and sent the manager will be able to see that job in the MapAll Live Portal - Defect Dashboard - Civils Jobs - Civils Completed
